The Wellness Center here at Olivedale is among the
first in the State of Ohio to offer to its members a
warm-water exercise pool.

| The Wellness Center
features a fitness room equipped with treadmills,
stationary bikes, rowers, steppers, Cybex weight machine
and elliptical trainer. A variety of floor exercise
classes are offered. Each use or class in the fitness
room requires one ticket which can be purchased in books
at the front desk. The warm-water exercise pool is
utilized for all levels of fitness including
strengthening, aerobics, relaxation, joint and muscular
concentration. Pool classes run eight weeks with
pre-registration; and open-pool sessions use the
tickets. Wellness Center membership requires a
physician's release for your participation. Details can
be obtained by calling the Center or stopping at the
front desk.
