HallowThanksMas Craft Bazaar
Saturday, October 3, 2026 · 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Olivedale Senior Center, 253 Boving Road, Lancaster.
Free admission and free parking
Open to the public. Shop one building full of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas crafts and gifts from various holiday vendors, then stop at the Olivedale table for our homemade noodles and candy bars.

Registrations must be returned by Wednesday, September 23. Spaces are assigned first come, first served.

Vendor information
Everything a vendor needs to register for the October 3 bazaar. The full rules are on page 2 of the registration form.
Space and fees
- Floor space is 6' × 6'. Any area used beyond the designated space results in an additional fee.
- $30 — single space, no table or electricity.
- $35 — single space with table, electric or screen. Tables (seven 6' tables), electric and screens are limited and assigned first come, first served. Extension cords and screen hooks are not provided.
- Payment must accompany registration. Checks payable to OLIVEDALE. Credit card payments are charged a convenience fee of $1 or 2.35%.
- Registration fee is non-refundable after September 23.
Set-up and the day of the sale
- Friday, October 2, 2:00–4:00 p.m. — enter through the main entrance, unload at the north side, then move your car before setting up.
- Saturday, October 3, 8:00–9:00 a.m. — enter through the employee entrance by the West parking lot (green awning).
- Vendors park in the West lot so the main and accessible spaces stay open for shoppers.
- Participants must stay until the 2:00 p.m. close and are responsible for their own change.
- All vendors collect and report their own Ohio sales tax.
- Participants are asked to donate an item for the Olivedale raffle; raffle items may be dropped off the week of September 28.
